Recognition
Beside the Architects.
Most of the coverage on this page came out of the same circle — AIA Detroit and AIA Michigan honor award seasons, where the architects we built for were recognized and the millwork credits got printed alongside the design credits.
Sterling’s own headquarters office, designed by Van Tine/Guthrie, earned an AIA Michigan Award in 1998 — the shop that builds the work also got recognized for the space it works out of.
